Q: Can someone recommend simple fun sites teaching kid programming?

We're looking for some fun websites provide tutorials for kids to learn programming e.g. developing iOS and Android app, coding for mindcraft etc. We want only allow them to play games having their code inside like code kingdom for Minecraft.

Some websites I see people using and I have also used some of them for my kids. (I'll keep updating it)
