A good education is the most valuable asset a parent can give their child. Learning begins at home, where parents teach their children important values such as love, kindness, and respect. It carries through to school and afterwards at KM2A. Our Learning Center focuses on instilling those values as well as teaching other important characteristics like discipline, respect, and good study-habits.
The Neighborhood Playgarden curriculum is a play based, non-academic approach to developing skills designed to provide a firm foundation for later academic success. Here your child can develop feelings of security, accomplishment, and self-esteem while living the daily and weekly rhythms that are woven into the cycle of the year
West America After Care was born from a conversation between two lifelong educators, Sensei Roger Carlon and Dylan Kersh-Oliva. Sensei saw a need in the community for a comprehensive after care curriculum and had always wanted to create a quality after school program for his Tae Kwon Do students. From there, they set about to create the most comprehensive and affordable after school experience in the area.

The Learning Studios team helped me to improve my ACT score and taught me that history, which had always been tough for me, could be rewarding. I am more confident in my ability to manage a college-level workload after having been encouraged to take AP level courses. Christy, Dale, and Liz's structured guidance has helped me accomplish so much and prepared me for college next year.

The Butterfly Joint is a woodworking and design studio for children ages 18 months and up (and adult classes are offered as well!). When students walk through the doors of the Butterfly Joint, they are transported into a woodworking studio designed just for them. They clock in with their very own punch cards, put on their work aprons, and get started on their projects after hearing the sound of the steam whistle.
